Company · structure · gentle momentum

Life is easier when you don’t have to do it alone.

The Next Thing First Club is a warm online place to get things done, find your people and keep coming back when life gets messy.

The heart of the Club

Show up as you are. Choose one thing. Do it together.

01

The Together Hour

A live room every weekday. Bring work, studying, housework, paperwork or the task you have been circling for days.

  • Choose your next thing together
  • Quiet, focused doing-time
  • Cameras optional and microphones muted
  • Finish by noticing what moved

02

Come-As-You-Are calls

Two relaxed social calls each week. Chat, laugh, have a moan and get to know other adults who understand that ordinary life can be a lot.

  • No agenda and no forced sharing
  • Drop in when you want company
  • A community, not group therapy

03

The private Member Room

Encouragement between calls. Say what you are tackling, report back, celebrate the boring wins and talk to people doing the same.

  • Small wins and gentle discussion threads
  • A dedicated Quiet Room for asynchronous body doubling
  • Find-my-route support when you do not know where to start
  • Clear rules and scheduled moderation

HONESTLY

What this isn’t

The Club provides practical organisation, accountability and peer community. It is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, medical care, financial or legal advice.

Hannah monitors the community at scheduled times, not continuously. Members choose what to share, and privacy between group members cannot be guaranteed.

Questions, answered

Know what you’re joining.

Do I have to attend every call?

Not at all. Use the Club in the way that helps you. Come to one Together Hour, every weekday, only the social calls or simply use the community and resources.

When are the live sessions?

The Weekly Reset and Together Hour runs on Monday from 10–11am. Together Hours run Tuesday to Friday from 10–11am, and Come-As-You-Are calls run Tuesday and Thursday from 8–9pm. All times are UK time. A monthly workshop or guided challenge replaces one evening call that week.

Do I have to turn my camera on?

No. Cameras are always optional. You can also stay muted during Together Hours and use the chat to share your next thing.

Will the calls be recorded?

No. Together Hours, social calls and Big Life Resets are live spaces and are not recorded.

Will other members see my phone number?

No phone number is required for the private Member Room. Members choose what personal information to share, and privacy between group members still cannot be guaranteed.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. It is a practical membership built around body doubling, gentle structure, resources and peer community. It does not replace professional or crisis support.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There is no minimum term. Once recurring checkout is connected, you will be able to cancel through the secure Stripe customer portal and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What happens after the founding offer?

The first 50 members pay £9.99 per month for their first three months. The subscription then renews at the standard £19.99 monthly price unless cancelled.
