Practical support. Zero judgement.

When everything feels urgent, we work out what comes next.

For the weeks when your brain has 47 tabs open and every single one is shouting. We’ll untangle the pile, decide what matters and make a plan you can actually follow.

Does this sound familiar?

It’s not one big disaster. It’s a hundred little things.

01

“I know I need to start somewhere. I just don’t know where.”

02

“I keep thinking about everything and somehow finishing nothing.”

03

“My life looks fine from the outside. In my head, it’s chaos.”

04

“I don’t need another perfect planner. I need another human.”

You’re not lazy or failing. You’re overloaded — and overloaded brains need less noise, not more pressure.

One session. One clear way forward.

The Life Sort-Out

This isn’t life coaching with mood boards and homework you’ll never look at again. It’s a focused conversation that turns the mental heap into a short, realistic next-step plan.

  1. 1

    Tell me what’s going on

No need to organise the story first. Bring the mess exactly as it is.

  2. 2

We sort the signal from the noise

Together, we identify what is actually urgent, what can wait and what can go.

  3. 3

You leave knowing what to do

You’ll get a simple, personal plan — built around your real life, energy and responsibilities.

  4. 4

    I help you keep moving

For the next 7 weekdays, you’ll have gentle accountability to stop the plan disappearing into another tab.

What you get

Useful support, not inspirational wallpaper.

YES

This could be for you if…

  • ordinary life has become weirdly difficult to keep on top of
  • you’re juggling work, family, admin, money or a change in circumstances
  • you can make plans, but struggle to decide which one to start
  • you want kind, practical help — without being treated like a project

HONESTLY

What this isn’t

Next Thing First offers practical organisation and accountability. It is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, medical care, financial advice or a substitute for professional services.

And I won’t colour-code your cupboards. Unless that genuinely is the next thing.

A note from Hannah

“You do not need to arrive with a neat explanation. My job is to listen, ask the useful questions and help you find the first doable step.”

Next Thing First is for people who need a capable person in their corner — someone warm enough to understand the mess and practical enough to help move it.

Questions, answered

No mysterious process. No awkward surprises.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. You don’t need a list, a planner or a polished explanation. We start with whatever is taking up the most space in your head.

Is it online?

Yes. Your session takes place online, so you can join from wherever you feel comfortable.

Is this therapy?

No. This is practical planning and accountability support. If what you need sits outside that scope, I’ll say so honestly.

What happens after the seven days?

You can take your plan and carry on independently. If you want more support, we can discuss what would actually be useful — there is no pressure to continue.

Ready when you are

You don’t have to sort everything. Just the next thing.

One focused session, a personal plan and seven weekdays of accountability.
